Global Partners Property Fund I is our inaugural investment vehicle, targeting Dubai’s fast-growing and underserved millennial rental market through two Build-to-Rent developments.

Within 12 months, we secured USD 212M in equity and over USD 250M in debt financing, acquired two prime Dubai Water Canal plots, and launched Eden House The Canal and Eden House The Park — delivering over 600 premium rental units.
