At King Koil, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If your mattress or bedding product isn’t meeting your comfort expectations, our Exchange & Refund Policy is designed to make the process straightforward and fair.

Exchange Policy

We understand that comfort is personal. If you find that your King Koil product isn’t the right fit, you may request an exchange within the eligible period.

Exchanges are accepted within the specified warranty/comfort period from the delivery date.
To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, with no excessive wear or damage.
Products must be returned in original packaging (where applicable).

  • Exchanges are subject to verification and approval from our team.

Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied and meet the eligibility criteria, you may request a refund.

How Refunds Work:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible return window from the delivery date.
  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes a few business days after approval.
  • Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.

Pillows and Bedding Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, pillows and bedding items are eligible for exchange or refund only if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Opened, used, or visibly worn bedding products may not qualify for return or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To ensure fairness and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Bedding or pillows that have been removed from original sealed packaging

Returns & Pick-Up Process

Once your exchange or refund request is approved:

  • Our team will coordinate a pickup or return at a convenient time.
  • You will receive instructions on how to prepare the product.
  • Please keep the product accessible until collection is complete.

Approved returns will be inspected before the final exchange or refund is issued.
